For one on one counseling with moms who are formula feeding, I use the WHO guidelines that can be found here: http://www.who.int/foodsafety/publications/micro/PIF_Bottle_en.pdf and in 7 different languages. They also have great info on preparing a cup feed at home and preparing in care settings.

On a daily basis I see incorrect formula feeding practices, overfeeding, force feeding, storage and handling incorrectly, the list is endless and so scary!
