Although there could be many reasons for this such as baby has ear-ache or 
discomfort on that side of head that is pressed down when feeding from that 
side, the fact that he also does not take milk pumped from that breast 
indicates that the mother should check this out.
One hopes there is no link with the kidney tumour that was removed, but 
refusal of milk from one breast can indicate pathology in that breast.
Let us hope not!
