I was wondering if anyone has creative solutions for a premature infant (former 26 weeker, birthweight 960 grams) receiving breastmilk, significant reflux with associated bradycardias, and very poor weight gain. Have attempted multiple ways to fortify milk, and have tried unfortified milk, nothing is working. Nursing staff has tried multiple positions to no avail either. I appreciate any input!
Thanks in advance,
Rachel
