Have you tried doing a weighed feed weight on an appropriate scale. I have seen a few babies who just hover at a particular weight.. Peeing/pooping and drinking, but, not quite enough.. Almost always not enough milk. A weighed feed might give you some clues. Dr. Newman's compression technique and following nursing with pumping a few times each day may help to ramp up supply.. And if supply is down.. Why?? Is it mom or baby? Maybe baby is not transferring as well as he or she can?
