I think Tom Hale - Infant Risk site would be a good place to get the most 
current statement re: epidural meds (then share with us :-).  Another 
problem is use of pitocin (not in currant Hale, 2013) and the third problem 
is excessive use of IVs inflating baby's birth weight.  There is an 
excellent article on that at the Int BF Journal site by Noel-Weiss.  Pat in
