Yes, that makes sense. I pumped at work four days a week for eight 
months with both children, didn't use lubrication, and never had a 
problem, so clearly not everyone needs it - if I'd had the advice to use 
it dished out to me as a one-size-fits-all rule I'd have had a lot of 
unnecessary hassle. But, of course, if I had had problems it would have 
been nice to have the tip that this was something that might help.
