Dear Lactnet Friends:
This webinar seemed too US-centric for my taste. IBLCE is an international
organization; 8 of 13 members (last time I checked) are from the US. So the
topics and intentiona dn mindset don't reflect a truly international
perspective.
I don't like what seems like an attitude of "let's not support the Code
that much because there are no legalities to enforce it." If we, who
claim to be THE healtcare professionals to focus on breastfeeding, can't
fully adhere to the Code and demonstrate by our example, why should anyone
else???
