She describes if she pumps for 15 minutes she gets an ounce but if she
pumps for an hour (!) she can get 4-6 oz.

Hi Laura and all,

First I apologize for not reading this thoroughly all the way through ( am
running out the door) but two thing popped for me: delayed letdown taking
10 minutes, and the hour long session resulting in a more normal output,
while a "normal" pumping session resulting in less than normal: both have in
the past been associated with a client I had who was later diagnosed as
having a hyperthyroid situation. I wonder if this is part of the issue?

Peace,
Judy
