How about taking a nursing bra--the bravado body silk would work well for this---and fill the 'pocket' to illustrate engorgement.  Maybe rice with some marbles mixed in....a series could show soft breast, filling breast, engorged breast....

be  totally 'interactive'. Every booth must have a focus of making the 
display to  be interactive or we cannot have a booth.
