Still no mail, but just a quick note to let you know that my grandson Arthur was born on 23rd of April at a royal weight of 4535grams and 57 centimetres long. Had some serious business getting out of mom but both are doing great, as is granny.
Meant to be a home-birth, but ended in the hospital because of some regression in dilation, needed re GYN a huge amount of synto, pushed actively for 90 minutes. Baby was suctioned because he had his poop all over him while being born and this resulted in some mild difficulties with recognising the softer nipple. But he's nursing like a champ now and started gaining weight since this morning.
