For those of you who are working with infants experiencing Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, do you run into problems w/ Finnegan scale?   In particular the score for sleeping < 1 hour after feeding - scores a 3 - even though this is considered normal in a newborn breastfeeding baby.  Even though it's only one of the 22 scores, it's often upsetting to patients.   Anything you could share would be appreciated.
