Permission to post. Baby is now 11 weeks old and mom continues to be painful with latch to the point of only being able to put baby to breast 2 or 3 times a day. Is pumping and finger feeding or bottle feeding at other times. Mom has worked hard to bring in and maintain a full milk supply. Baby has had good interval weight gains. Mom herself had a frenotomy and labial clip as a young child. She also has a history of multiple food allergies and knows the importance of continuing to provide breast milk for her daughter, whether at the breast or not. This baby's tongue tie is sub mucosal and she also has a labial frenulum. I think she will probably need a laser treatment for both. I am unfamiliar with anyone in the Eugene, OR area who does this. Any recommendations?
