Currently working with a growing preemie baby being fed Neosure w/ cereal for reflux though mom has plenty of pumped breastmilk. The staff are telling me that the enzymes in the breastmilk break down the cereal so that the added cereal is ineffective for the reflux if added to breastmilk, but works well when added to Neosure. Has anyone ever heard of this?
