My first thought was D-MER which is a acronym for dysphoric milk ejection reflex. It is a name given to a group of symptoms that may occur due to a drop in dopamine while breastfeeding. Moms can experience this as sadness, depression, anger and nausea, that is brief but intense.
Since there are dopamine receptors in the gut, mabe a similar thing is happening with this mom. The following website:
