I am getting my paperwork ready to do my 5 year renewel by CERPS. I realized that for 2012 the early date for paperwork submission is the end of Febuary or you can pay an additional fee and submit by the end of July deadline. In reviewing the deadlines, it looks like the this is the first year with the earlier submission dates. Does anyone else see the problem here? Because of the change, the only way to use the 2012 ILCA conference CERPS is to miss the early bird deadline and pay more money on top of the what I considere high conference fees. 
Let me know your opinions and if there is any options for getting deadlines changed to the previous dates.
