milk supply issues) been able to increase their supply with increased BF
and/or pumping and galactogogues?"
Nina, I realize you were asking Anne but I just wanted to comment that in
one of the cases I worked on, proactive milk supply management (lot of
herbs, no domeperidone, Bf management, etc) DID increase supply. The most
dramatic case was with a G2P2 mom, her supply increased from less than 1/2
her baby's needs to 100% of the baby's needs.
