Hello All!
I recently got an email from a mom regarding a blog post I did on when
to file a complaint and why when an HCP does something way out of
line. Her question is in regards to the IBLCE complaint process -
specifically how long does it take to hear back from IBLCE and then
the ensuing process of investigation.
I read through the documentation on the IBLCE website and forwarded
that to her as well, but the only timeline in it is in regards to an
appeal (re: disciplinary action taken by IBLCE) by an IBCLC who has
had a complaint filed against her.
Anyone have any ideas? Please email privately and to the group at
