Thank you, Jayne. This was the evidence I needed. It's a small world - I was
actually talking with Bridget last night, but about something else. She
spoke at our LCANZ Brisbane regional meeting.

Virgin coconut oil is a powerful anti fungal, anti bacterial and anti viral.
It works by breaking down encapsulated organisms.
It can be eaten, cooked with, massaged in, placed in, placed on...... etc
It's chemical composition doesn't change when it is heated.
Interesting to note that lauric acid is only found in:
breastmilk of all mammals (human milk highest)
coconut oil
palm kernel oil (not palm oil)
