I am afraid not at all dead.

The EPBA European Professional Beekeepers Association´s president told
me past december at Berlin that they are pushing for the registration
process of Bt corn will be treated with the same standard as any
insecticide. http://www.professional-beekeepers.eu/Website/EPBA.html

Also a staff from http://www.cari.be/ told me at Apimondia 2011, that
she was developing a dossier of information with the same purpose.
http://www.cari.be/t/intoxication/

I understand there is some people from EPBA in the list that can tell us more.
Maybe also someone from Cari?

I might have understood incorrectly.
