Yes, saw it. Were still in shock. The WHO is a WHO Code violator. Marsha Walker og NABA, our official Code watcher is aware. Dont know about IBFAN or INFACT. For starters, some of us think ILCA & IBLCE need to write whst used to be the Code into our own Ethics stmts. Really impressive that Reuters noticed. They "get it".
