I wonder if others have some particular points they like to remind mothers of just before the holidays? Mine are:

- Remember to breastffeed, amid all the excitement, activities and visitors. (Avoid mastitis)
- Talk to your IBCLC about safe drinking
- If the poultry stuffing contains sage, it might be an idea to avoid it. Anecdotally, colleagues suggest it has a "drying" effect on supply. (Level of Evidence - none)
