I found the complete article referenced in the Anderson and Valdez galactagogue study review. This is the study that found a 3.8 fold greater risk of sudden cardiac death in those taking domperidone as opposed to matched controls. As far as I could tell, this was not a study of ill patients who were on IV domperidone as mentioned by those who discount the cardiac concern as it applies to healthy people.

I would be interested in others opinion of this study and the implications for recommending domperidone as a galactagogue. I hope this all is answered when this drug is more thoroughly studied due to its orphan drug status. In the mean time, I still feed uncomfortable with recommending it as a "safe" galactagogue.
