a friend and p2p counseling colleague used domperidone for the whole
2,5ys she lactated (unfortunately she had to exclusively pump as the
child had severe nipple confusion). i would think that after the
breastfeeding is well established she could try to lower the dose and
see what's going to happen.
my friend couldn't (supply dropped immediately), but she has also only
25% bf "ability" in one breast due to surgery.
