Hello-
I had a call from a mom 4 1/2 hours away today whose 3 m/o is scheduled to
have a cleft lip repair. The surgeon wants her to syringe-feed the baby for
a week post-op. She has trouble expressing with a pump, and is very worried
about her supply.
Has anyone out there worked with babies with cleft palate repair? How soon
have you seen the breastfeed?
Thanks-
