You should be able to find info in (use latest edition if possible) Dr
Hale's book, package insert, and see if impaired lactation is listed in
Lactmed or other reference sources.
You can also keep a log and try to followup with mothers who receive the
shot anyway, to see if they have impaired lactation. Then report that side
effect to your docs and FDA.
