often ( maybe always) with TT there is an elevated palate... this
narrows the airway - result sleep apnea/.....
possible when his tongue was tethered thee was little mobility - now
that it is "freer" it can "fall back" when he is sleeping, especially
if he sleeps on his back.... this further closes the air way..
