I agree wholeheartedly with the previous 3 comments.
Given that breastmilk, like blood, is a living substance & irrefutably superior nutrition for at least the first 6 months of babies' lives, how then cam marketing to their parents be deemed as anything less than highly unethical?
When it comes to infant formula, Nestle's bottom-line cannot be other than 'more sales = less babies being breastfed'.
As an aside, it was the late Senator Ted Kennedy who played a major role in the creation of the WHO International Code for the Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes. This video clip shows him cross-questioning Nestle about its marketing of infant formula in the developing world during a 1978 US Senate Hearing; thus instigating the introduction of the Code in 1981.
