Hello!
I tried posting this last night, but I dont' see it on Lactnet, so I'll try again.
Does anyone know about possible causes of a breastfeeding mother having itching of the palms of her hands and soles of her feet? This mother did have these symptoms some during pregnancy as well, and did have cholestasis. I was wondering if this could be related to a dysphoric milk ejection reflex, and changes in dopamine or other hormones such as prolactin and oxytocin etc. having this effect. I haven't found anything like that in my internet searches so far....
Appreciate your input!
