Hello Wise ones
I have just had a midwife, ring to ask if I knew of any woman, who had taken dostinex and then relactated successfully?
The Mother in question was 2 weeks postpartum, and on Saturday, decided that she didn't want to continue with breastfeeding.
The dose she took was 0.5mg Saturday and Sunday.
Today she decided it was the wrong decision and has asked for advice about putting her baby back to her breast. Are there any contraindications other than the obvious ones?
Any suggestions or advice would be gratefully received
Many Thanks for reading my post.
Sincerely
June Nicholls
IBCLC/Midwife
