One thing that I've heard is really effective is 1-2 tbsps of dried sage once or twice a day. I think it's the Nursing Mother's Herbal that suggests sprinkling it into one corner of a peanut butter sandwich - eat that corner first and the rest of the sandwich kills the taste (sort of). Tastes awful apparently, but I've spoken to several mothers who felt it worked very well. Also, pepermint tea with a couple drops of peppermint oil added - the tea alone probably won't be enough. Do be sure to caution against using sage oil - according to that same resource (and others) sage oil is toxic and should not be ingested.
