Not only otc supplements or medications (look at all the people who use sudafed or rely on benadryl..) but herbs.. even the innocuous looking cooking herbs.. sage, parsley or perhaps her favorite tea that she drinks copious amounts of.. or perhaps it is a glandular or endocrine problem.
Love this website for its supportive nature and thoroughness. As they say (and I am paraphrasing) - sometimes so-called anti-lactogenic foods that moms without low milk supply can use without problem, cause problems for moms with low milk supply issues - so it has opened my eyes to some possible foods and herbs that could impact moms ... it is worth perusing for any LC, LLL Leader, mom with chronic low supply... etc.
The women that have come to LLL meetings who have used this site have found it very helpful and healing. Sometimes we just have to think outside the box and look at all possibilities.. even if there is no "evidence" other than a mom's personal experience.
