Posting a query for a PPLC who is not currently a subscriber to L'net. So far, this mom has only found someone who wants to wait till babe is 6 mos old so the HCP can put babe under general anesthesia for a TT clip.
Here is the LC's message: 

I am seeking help for a mom in Victoria, TX.  Her baby has Type 2 frenulum, has lots of difficulty staying at breast long enough for full feeding.  Mom is taking Domperidone and doing lots of pumping to keep up supply, but as you know, this is quite exhausting.  Baby is 2 1/2 months old.  If you know of a provider who understands the relationship between tongue tie and breastfeeding and has experience with frenotomies, please email me at [log in to unmask] so I can pass on the info to her.
