Wow, what a headline!
I've had more moms lately ask me to be honest about the downsides of
breastfeeding, and it has turned into some good discussions about how
problems associated with good, attached mothering, aren't problems with
mothering, but more about the culture that doesn't support it.
When I'm asked in a group, my response is now to get a serious look on my
face and say, "Well, you will be required to interact with your baby every
two hours at a minimum." And then I wait about ten seconds. And then I
might as well leave the room, because I'm no longer needed in the
discussion :)
Do bottlefed babies get oral thrush with any regularity?
