To answer Sonya's question:
 
No offense Judy, just a big chuckle. I hold up my hand to make the "OK"  
sign with my thumb and forefinger. 
It's the description from the LLLI info sheet which I mentioned. A little  
bigger than the "United States quarter" (25 cent piece), but I think that it 
is  a good visual. And I am telling them that it is normal to have  three 
or  more of these every day starting on day 4 (which is usually their second 
day  home after a vaginal birth.) I explain that once the baby at 72 hours  
of age, he has completed three days of life, and he is now in his 4th day  
of life. I also mention that they might start to see some texture in the 
stools,  kind of like sesame seeds, since so many first time moms have never 
seen a  breastmilk stool.
