Hi. The evidence is ancient and anecdotal for the most part. Mint does dry
milk supply. Look at Shonda Parker in Naturally healthy pregnancy, Sheila
Humphrey's book. I in my practice have used sage and mint together to dry
or lower over abundant supplies. Peppermint for warming and spearmint for
cooling. But both dry. It has been used for indigenous cultures for years.
BTW the mint helps with the strong taste of the sage. James Duke also
mentions it in his compendium database.
