Since bodywork is so effective at treating torticollis, that really is the treatment I always recommend.

Subject: Baby with Torticolis
Hello wise Ladies,
Permission to post.
I saw a mom and baby today-baby is 6 weeks old, gaining beautifully. I
observed the baby to have symptoms of torticolis. Her left breast was
'smaller and sofet' than her right. When baby i on right breast, she
doesn't struggle; when she is on the left breast the baby wants to look
down, meaning she can't turn her head properly to nurse off the left
breast. When we read Catherin GW section on toriticolis, some of the
observaations struck mom.
What I want to know is, what are her options for treatment? CGW suggests
physiotherapy to do exercises for her neck. What are people's thoughts on
suggesting CST?
Also, I'm lookig for some clever positioning techniques to help this mom.
Look forward to hearing from you!
