Rachel,

  Regarding doing an inservice for the peds residents...  Perhaps you
already know this, but the American Academy of Pediatricians has a
curriculum designed for pediatric residents/ other MDs.
http://www.aap.org/breastfeeding/curriculum/.  And I'm sure you already know
about the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine.
  Are there are of the residents or faculty who are especially supportive of
breastfeeding?  Perhaps they could team up with you on educating the new
residents?
