I don't have any research at hand, but I do remember at a conferance a poster presentation that showed that breastmilk has cancer fighting cells, blastocytes, and that cancer patients drink it for treatment. so i would assume, or may I hypothesize (althoug i think there is research available ) that any cancer cells in breastmilk get (if they do pass at all) "eaten up".....
I also would be interested to learn more than my own amateur, hypothetical veiw.....
