For Jean and others in the predicament of finding lost CERP cerificates...
Having been a conference organizer and person to head-up applying for CERPS, I know that CERP providers are required to keep a file of attendees for seven years.  (I'm pretty sure 7--too lazy to go look at my files).  I've been contacted a couple times to replace certificates, which I have.  If you recall the conference you attended and can find a contact person, they should be able to help.  My CERP file (for attendees) has a big year on the front so I know when to toss it.
