We had two gals taking the exam a few years ago - at each one of our
LC meetings we would put in the Breastfeeding Atlas Cd-ROMs and it
seemed each pic we'd say "WHAT is THAT?"  And then - what would you do
for it?
We found it to be crazy fun - and collaborative practice is SO
encouraging. Sometimes I have a panic attack before I go into a client
room - "I don't know anything, how can I be doing this?!" I was
heartened one day last week when Aimee Creelman, a colleague who does
home visits as well, called me at home as she was getting ready for a
visit and basically said, "I don't know anything, how can I be doing
this?"
So grab a friend or colleague if you can and study those pix! (Linda
didn't have as many then - I need to sit the exam for the 3rd time
next year and need to get her latest edition.)
