Susan and all,

It's always hard to say thanks for alerting us to the passing of our  
friends and colleagues but thank you. It was a privilege getting to meet and  
work briefly, and especially to listen to, Michael Latham at the UN some years  
back.

He and his spirit and fire will be missed.
