I've walked this path with my own children, and I'm glad to chat with her
via email or phone about what we did. I am still learning, after nearly 7
years I'm pretty confident that my eldest is on a stable diet. We're still
tweaking the diet for my 4.5 yr old and discovering what the toddler reacts
to.
Also, yahoo group "foodlab" is a wonderful resource for families exploring
alternative diets and chemical sensitivities, you can tell them I sent
you/her over. It's pretty far from mainstream, just fyi.
