So Ameda will be able to continue to use ILCA events and publications to
market its products despite being wholly owned by a company that is
breaching the Code??

Nancy, Marsha and Karleen all know that ILCA's by-laws contain a requirement
that it not accept monies from a company that is failing to met its
obligations under the WHO Code.  It has been that way since ILCA was
created, 26 years ago.  Other than ILCA affiliates (like USLCA, CLCA and
LCANZ) I wonder how many other corporations and organizations have such a
requirement **in their governance structure.**
