If the infants are 36 wks gestation (you said 8 months premature, some
say pregnancy lasts 9 months, but 40 wks is 10 months really?) then
they are not really in need of a premature formula or any special
gestation of breastmilk and should do great on 'regular' breastmilk
from a donor. If they are earlier, like 32 wks gestation, there may be
a place for some additional nutrients like protein and/or minerals,
but that can be added to the donor milk if necessary. I've seen
regular debate on whether those additives are necessary, and they are
mainly for very low birth weight infants. I am not an expert on that,
however.
With all the usual caveats regarding informal milk sharing, donor milk
would be superior to formula. The mother can pasteurize at home, of
course.

p.s. re the possible FTT infant, it seems things are going in the
right direction.
