I bring mine to every visit. I rarely do before and after feed weights, but I do weigh almost every baby I see. For me, even if the baby looks fine it gives me a data point to work from if I get called back in the future by the parents with more concerns.
I find it helps reassure parents that their baby I'd doing fine, or in ones with low weightgain or loss it helps me figure out how to approach the feeding plan
