It's very late so I am just going to quickly ask these questions then go to bed.

Is domperidone used in Vietnam? Is it over the counter or a prescribed medicine? What is it called in Vietnamese? Just in case I need to bring up the information.

Also, I read a little in the archives on the culture and using pig trotters, but the link to the article (from a 2006 posting) is not working for me.

I am to see a young Vietnamese couple tomorrow, babe will be 7 days old and mom does not have much milk. I would like to know a little bit of what is appropriate and culturally acceptable.

Thank you,

Cheryl Dawn Marian, IBCLC, RLC
Alliance, Ohio
