Hi Jessica,

Another suggestion, ask the girls to bring a stuffed animal (teddy bears are great!) to class.  They can practice positioning with the soft little cuddly animals in a non-threatening environment. This makes it feel less awkward when they are holding their "real" babies because they have sort of done it before.
