I agree with Heather re weighing correctly every time, and was meaning to say that in my prior post(s) -- that one or more of those weights on the baby could have been inaccurate.
I also agree with what Heather said re peer counselors. If in a rural area, that is (unfortunately) not well-served by a network, then the peer counselor should be sure to be working with the baby's doctor and/or public health RN for the area. Which, I see, is what the peer counselor on this case had done. Good.
