A prolactinoma doesn't always cause massive oversupply. In the few cases I
have had, mothers with prolactinomas had the opposite issues, low supply
(along w/ various fertility issues). I think there can be many layers of
endocrine issues in such cases which further complicate supply concerns.
And, like mentioned, the drugs used to treat the prolactinoma may cause long
term damaging effects on the mother's potential milk making capacity.
