They claim their is no connection, however, I personally noticed a decrease in my milk while on Zoloft. I discontinued use and regained supply about 2 weeks later.

Subject: Any link between Zoloft use and decreased milk?
Permission to Post:
7 week old baby, gained 3 pounds since birth, mom began Zoloft 5 days ago-
today, breasts are suddenly floppy, baby is acting like not getting enough.
Denies hormonal contraceptives, could pump 4-6 ounces last week, today none
even after 2-3 hours. States that since she began the Zoloft, she is feeling
a lot of anxiety. Her answers to all my questions indicate rest of bf
management has been within normal limits.
Has anyone seen any link with reduction in milk supply after starting
Zoloft? Any other suggestions or questions to pursue?
Thanks.
